西部地区体育大学生人文素质发展水平与促进对策研究——以新疆地区为例

摘　　要：研究的目的是将抽象的人文素质赋值量化,以监测和促进西部地区体育大学生的人文素质发展水平。采用教育部哲学社科攻关课题"全国公民人文素质调查"项目组编制的问卷,对新疆5所高校的体育大学生进行整群、分层抽样调查,按特定权重系数加权计算得出具体分值,再进行描述性、差异性、相关性分析。研究发现西部地区体育大学生的人文素质未达良好等级,分项素质不均衡,审美、环保素质是长项,科学素质是最短板。文史哲是核心素质,哲学是关键素质,因此提高文史哲特别是哲学素质可有效快速提升人文素质整体水平。建议加强对西部地区体育大学生的科学、哲学素质培养,完善人文素质教育三类课堂,优化以学校为主,社会、家庭为辅的人文教育系统。The purpose of this study is quantifying abstract humanistic quality to monitor and enhance humanistic quality level of sports college students in western regions of China. Sports students from five colleges in Xinjiang were investigated, with questionnaires developed by project group of a key philosophy ＆ social science task named ＂Citizen Humanistic Quality Investigation＂ supported by the Ministry of Education, and cluster and stratified sam- pling. Weighed scores were calculated with specified weighing factors. Description, variance and correlation anal- ysis were carried out. Evaluation results show that humanistic quality of sports college students in this region is lower than good level, and results of investigated aspects were imhalanced. Scientific quality is the weakest; aes- thetic and environment quality is the strongest. LHP quality is the core quality, and philosophy quality is the key quality. Therefore, overall humanistic quality can be effectively and efficiently enhanced through enhancing LHP especially philosophy quality. It is recommended to strengthen science and philosophy quality education for sports college students in western regions of China, improve three types of classrooms for humanistic quality education, and optimize humanistic education system with school education as primary and society and family as secondary.
