摘　　要：目的:建立仙灵骨葆丸的质量标准。方法:薄层法鉴别补骨脂、丹参,RP-HPLC法测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量,采用Discovery C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),检测波长270 nm。结果:鉴别:阴性对照均无干扰;淫羊藿苷含量0.202 2～8.088 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为97.7%(n=6),RSD为0.6%。结论:该方法简便,准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。Objective：To establish a method for the quality standard of Xianling Gubao pills.Method：The TLC methods were established for Psoraleae Fructus and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,and a RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of icariine on a Discovery C_（18） column,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25：75）.The detection wavelength was 270nm.Result：The negative controls showed no interference in the identification.The linear range was 0.202 2-8.088 0μg（r = 0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.7%（n=6） with RSD of 0.6%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
