摘　　要：目的:建立测定缓释滴丸中磷酸川芎嗪含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Platisil ODS(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长:295 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温为室温。结果:磷酸川芎嗪在2.3～115μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.04%,RSD为1.60%(n=6)。结论:该法专属性强,准确稳定,简便可行,可用于测定磷酸川芎嗪缓释滴丸中磷酸川芎嗪的含量。Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate（TMPP） in sustainedrelease dropping pills.Method：The determination of TMPP was performed on a Platisil ODS column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） using acetonitrile-water（20：80） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min（-1）,the detection wavelength was 295 nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Result：There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations and the peak area values of TMPP within the range of 2.3-115μg·ml（-1）（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 101.04%with RSD of 1.60%（n = 6）.Conclusion：The quality control method is specific,reproducible,reliable and feasible,which can be used as the quality standard of TMPP sustained-release dropping pills.
