摘　　要：主要介绍滚动试验台在中国-白俄罗斯宽轨电力机车产品开发测试中的作用,包括滚动试验台的功能、机车的特性及主要技术参数和宽轨机车测试原理,以及牵引特性试验、制动特性试验和主电路及辅助电路保护试验等的试验方法。通过滚动试验台可以完成标准轨机车和宽轨机车的测试,有效地解决出口机车的产品开发试验问题。This paper mainly states the application of rolling test rig in the product development of China-Belarus broad gauge electric locomotive, including the function of rolling test rig, the features and key technical parame- ters of China-Belarus locomotive, the testing principle of broad gauge locomotive, and the testing method of traction characteristics, brake characteristics, under-voltage and overvohage protection test, main circuit and auxiliary circuit protection test, and so on. Meanwhile, the testing of standard gauge and broad gauge locomotives can both be completed by rolling test rig, and it efficiently solves the testing problem of product development for the export locomotives.
