摘　　要：从区域创新系统的视角出发,构建影响承接产业转移绩效的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法,对我国中西部地区承接东部产业转移绩效进行实证研究,最后根据实证分析结果,对中西部地区承接东部产业转移的发展提出相关政策建议。From the perspective of regional innovation system, the paper constructs an evaluation index system of undertaking industrial transfer and makes an empirical study on Midwest area undertaking eastern industrial transfer performance using the factor analysis method. Then according to empirical analysis results, the paper provides relevant policy suggestions on Midwest area undertaking eastern industrial transfer.
