摘　　要：文章介绍了用X射线荧光光谱仪（XRF）测定钠钙硅玻璃中的Si、Al、K、Na等元素的分析方法，验证了该方法的精密度与准确度。结果表明，该法具有良好的精密度与准确度，可满足生产与科研中准确、快速的分析要求。This article introduces the analytical method for determining the elements such as Si/AI/K/Na in soda- lime- silica glass by X- my fluorescence spectrometer, and tests its precision and accuracy. It turns out this method have good pedormance in precision and accuracy; and can satisfy the analytical requirements on accuracy and efficieucy during production and research process.
