摘 要:目的:了解医院医疗纠纷的分布规律,为医院有效预防和处理医疗纠纷提供参考依据和建议。方法:自行设计调查问卷,采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对郑州市省、市、区级医院各1所进行问卷调查。结果:3所医院医疗纠纷发生率总计为30.0%(208/693)。不同性别、工龄、学历、职称、科室的医生医疗纠纷发生率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=20.513、14.461、12.996、23.883和34.411,P<0.05)。男医生的医疗纠纷发生率高于女医生,工龄≥5a的医生医疗纠纷发生率大于工龄<5a者,本科学历的医生医疗纠纷发生率高于其他学历者,住院医师医疗纠纷发生率低于职称较高的医生,外科、妇产科、内科和儿科医疗纠纷发生率较高(P<0.001)。结论:应对医疗纠纷高发特征医务人员和高发科室全面加强管理,以便有效预防和处理医疗纠纷。Aim :To explore the character of medical dispute distribution. Methods : The incidence of medical dispute in 3 hospitals in Zhengzhou city was surveyed by questionnaire. Results: The total incidence: of medical dispute in the 3 hospitals was 30.0% ( 208/693 ). The incidence of medical dispute of the medical personnel with different gender, working time, education levels, professional title, and departments was different statistically (X2 = 20.513,14.461,12. 996,23. 883, and 34. 411 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of the medical personnel of male, with working time 〉 5 a, or bachelor degree, or with higher professional title,or working in departments of surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics,internal medicine and paedi- attics were higher(P 〈0.001). Conclusion: The management of the medical personnel and medical department with the character of medical dispute should be strengthened.
