摘　　要：目的观察葡疫祛瘀汤治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效;方法对54例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者以中药汤剂葡疫祛瘀汤加减治疗并观察疗效;结果 54例患者中显效26例(48.15%),其中临床痊愈11例,显效15例,有效17例(31.48%)其中临床好转11例,近期有效7例(12.96%),无效4例(7.41%),总有效率79.62%;结论葡疫祛瘀汤治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效安全可靠。Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Puyi Quyu Decoction treating the simple type allergic purpu- ra; Methods treating 54 patients of allergic purpura by Puyi Quyu Decoction addition and subtraction and observed the curative effect; Results in the 54 cases, effective in 26 cases （48.15 % ） ,among them, llcases were recovery, 15 cases had markedly effect, 17cases （31.48 % ） had improvement ,of which, llcases had turned for better, effective in 7 cases （ 12.96 % ） recently, invalid in 4 cases （7.41% ）, the total efficiency was 79.62 % ; conclusion simple type allergic purpura disease treating by Puyi Quyu Decoction has the safe clinical efficacy.
