近5年来针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎选穴规律的分析

摘　　要：目的回顾2008～2012年针灸文献,探索针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的选穴规律。方法本文就2008～2012年间,选择国内医药界较为权威的中国生物医学文献光盘数据库中,针灸临床报道的106首处方采用计量分析方法进行综合分析。结果治疗膝骨关节炎的针灸处方,选用经脉频数依次为胃经、胆经、脾经和膀胱经。选用穴位频数依次为阳陵泉、犊鼻、足三里、内膝眼及梁丘。建议选穴:根据"经脉所过,主治所及"的循经取穴规律,及"局部取穴"的原则相结合,选取足三阳、三阴经脉上的穴位及膝关节附近的穴位。结论针灸治疗膝骨关节炎经过大量临床实践总结,选穴方法成熟,疗效显著,是针刺治疗的有效病症。Objective to review the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion from 2008 to 2012, exploring the rules of acupoints selection of acupuncture in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods During 2008 - 2012, selected the domestic pharmaceutical industry authoritative Chinese biomedical literature database, used quantitative analysis meth- od to analysed reports of clinical acupuncture 106 prescriptions comprehensive. Results Acupuncture prescription in trea- ting osteoarthritis of the knee, the meridians are the stomach, frequency of gallbladder, spleen and bladder. Selection of point frequency were Yanglingquan, Dubi, Zusanli, Liangqiu, Neiqiyan and liangqiu. Suggestion： According to the acupoint rule ＂ selecting the acupoints according to the channel＂, with the principle of ＂local point selection＂ , selected three foot Yang, three yin meridians, and the point near the knee. Conclusion Acupunctures in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee summarized after a large number of clinical practices, acupoint selection method is maturity, has a sig- nificant effect, and it is the effective acupuncture treatment.
