摘  要:目的为有效降低空调冷却水系统温度,制备出一种适用于空调冷却水池的相变储能体系.方法在Na2SO4.10H2O中添加不同比例的添加剂进行测试,优选最佳配比;通过步冷曲线法测试相变材料的过冷度;应用DSC差示扫描量热法测试相变材料的相变温度和相变焓值.结果通过优选测试,制备的以Na2SO4.10H2O为主体的相变储能体系,其熔点为26℃~28℃(峰值32℃),相变潜热值为134 J/g,满足作为空调冷却水冷源的使用要求.结论新型相变储能体系改善了无机水合盐过冷度大和相液分离的问题,并降低了相变温度,相变温度范围适宜,相变潜热值较大.To effectively reduce the temperature of air conditioning cooling water system, prepare a kind of phase change energy storage system applicable to the air conditioning cooling pool. Add different proportions of additives in Na2 SO4 ·10H2Ofor test, and then select the best proportion;test subcooling of phase change materials through the method of temperature curve for step cooling; test phase change temperature and phase change enthalpy with DSC (differential scanning calorimetry). Through optimizing test, the melting point of Na2 SO4 ·10H2O phase change energy storage system is 26 ℃ ~ 28 ℃(peak 32℃ ), and its latent heat value is 134 J/g, which can meet the requirement of air conditioning cooling water source. The new phase change energy storage system relief the subcooling and separation of inorganic hydration salt, and reduce the phase change temperature, the temperature range of phase change is appropriate, and latent heat of the phase change is great.
