摘 要:目的探讨在促进我国新农村建设和保证农民生活水平进一步提高的前提下,营造出健康、舒适和安全的农村建筑室内环境,而不造成能源消耗的大幅度增长.方法分析沈阳新民、丹东东港地区农村住宅能耗现状、影响因素及其原因;从住宅建筑的围护结构、太阳能的利用、沼气利用等方面综合各种节能办法对住宅建筑进行节能设计改造.结果在外墙和屋面铺设膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板等保温材料;外窗使用单框双玻塑钢窗;附加阳光间.用吊炕代替传统火炕.沼气因具有增加有机肥料资源、提高农作物产量、改良土壤等诸多优点而被建议使用.结论从围护结构保温隔热技术、采暖方式等方面出发,使东北地区农村住宅耗能在总体性和系统性上得到优化,建筑节能设计需要有系统优化的思想,最优的方案应该是社会成本最低、能源效率较高、又能满足需求的节能方案.This paper aims to explore the probability of promoting China's new rural construction and further improving the living standards of farmers, and creating a healthy, comfortable and secure rural building in- door environment and causing no large increase of energy consumption. The main methods are analyzing ru- ral residential building energy consumption in present situation, influence factors, and the reasons of Xinmin Shenyang city and Donggang Dandong city;designing energy-saving residential buildings by changing the residential building envelope materials, using of solar energy or biogas, and comprehensive ways of saving energy. In the outer wall and roof laying expansion polystyrene or extruded polystyrene insulation materials, etc;and using double glass model steel windows;additional sunshine room;replacing traditional Huo-kang with Hanged-kang;recommending to use biogas because of many advantages of organic fertilizer resources, such as enhancing crop yields and improving soil, etc are suggested. From the technologies of heat preserva- tion and heat insulation of envelop structure, and heating methods, making the northeast rural residential en- ergy consumption as an overall and systemic optimization and designing an energy-saving building requirethe optimization of systems, the optimal solution should be a minimum of social costs, higher energy efficien- cy, and meet the needs of energy-saving programs.
