摘 要:目的探讨层级管理在肝病科病房的应用效果。方法结合肝病科护士的职称、护龄、人科时间和实际工作能力,实施分层级使用和管理,通过护理部、护士长考核,将结果进行分析。结果实施层级管理前后护理质量指标和总体护理工作满意度指标比较,均P〈0.01,差异有显著统计学意义。结论规范化的层级管理能充分利用现有的人力资源,优化护理管理模式,提高护理质量及总体护理工作满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of level management in liver diseases branch.Methods According to the titles of nurses,working time and the actual ability to work,level management for nurse was used,they were assessed by the department of nursing and the head nurses,and the result was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the quality of care indicators and satisfaction indexes before and after the implementation level management (P < 0.01).Conclusions The standardized level management can make full use of the existing human resources,optimize care management mode,improve the quality of care and general nursing job satisfaction.
