孟鲁司特在COPD伴慢性呼衰中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特(10mg)对COPD伴慢性呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效。方法将确诊COPD伴慢性呼吸衰竭患者70例分为研究组和对照组,每组各35例,对照组给予茶碱缓释片、盐酸氨溴索口服,研究组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特口服,10mg/次,1次/n,疗程6个月。结果两组比较研究组血气分析改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用孟鲁司特(10mg)治疗COPD伴慢性呼吸衰竭,更好地改善血气分析指标,缓解呼吸衰竭。Objective the observation Montelukast （10 mg） clinical efficacy in patients with COPD associated with chronic respiratory failure. Methods to diagnose COPD associated with chronic respiratory failure patients 70 cases were divided into research group and the control group, each group, 35 cases in the control group given oral theophylline zyban, hydrochloric acid, ammonia bromine, the team on the basis of control group added with Montelukast oral, 10 mg once and once every night, treatment for 6. months. Results Blood gas analysis results in the two groups, compared group improvement is better than that of control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion using Montelukast （ 10 mg） treatment of COPD associated with chronic respiratory failure, to better improve the blood gas analysis index, reduce respiratory failure.
