摘　　要：目的探讨小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术的临床效果。方法选择85例输卵管绝育术后子女夭折或家庭离异再婚要求生育者,采用小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术。结果术后3个月内妊娠者6例,1年内受孕42例,2年内受孕23例,3年内受孕3例,11例5年内未受孕,无异位妊娠发生。结论小切口留支架输卵管直视吻合术安全,手术时间短,方法简便,手术复通率高,复孕率高,无异位妊娠发生。Objective To investigate the the small incision stay stent clinical effects of the fallopian tube to look directly at the anastomosis. Methods 85 cases after tubal sterilization children died at birth or family divorced remarried require fertility, small incision the stay bracket.tubal look directly anastomosis. Results Pregnancy in 6 patients after 3 months and 1 year to conceive 42 cases, pregnancy 23 eases within two years, three years to conceive three eases, 11 eases five years to conceive, pregnancy was tantamount bit. Conclusion The small incision stay bracket tubal look directly at the safety of the anastomosis, shorter operative time, the method was simple, surgical reeanalization rate, high rate of recurrent pregnancy was tantamount pregnancy.
