Sirospun纺单纱纱线结构和捻度分布的分析

摘　　要：通过对 Sirospun纺股线中单纱结构的研究认为 Sirospun纱两根单纱上存在着假捻现象。若导纱钩与单纱间摩擦力增大 ,单根纱段上的假捻现象增强 ,假捻捻回增多 ,则单根纱段上的捻回角将增大 ,外层纤维对纱线内层纤维的向心压力相应增大 ,纱条结构更紧密。In this paper,through the investigation of the single yarn structure of the Sirospun ply yarn,it is believed that there is false twist in the single yarns of the Sirospun ply ones. With the fric tion increase between the eyelet and the single yarn,it will result in the false twist growing along the single yarn length,and the twist increasing of the false twist. Furthermore,this will cause an increase in the twist angle along the single yarn length,and a corresponding rise in centripetal pressure of outer layer fibres on inner layer ones,with a still more compact of the yarnstrand.
