摘　　要：混合结构被广泛的应用于工业与民用建筑中．但温度变化、千缩变形、地基不均匀沉降等原因易导致房屋出现裂缝，同时房屋附近施工导致的机械振动及开挖也逐渐成为影响房屋裂缝开展的原因之一。分析房屋产生裂缝的原因，需根据裂缝的位置、形态、房屋的使用现状等多方面因素进行综合分析。The composite structure is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, but the temperature variation, drying shrinkage deformation and the foundation settlement usually lead to cracks on the building, while the mechanical vibration is also a reason for the development of the cracks. The reason analysis of the cracks should comprehensively bases on the position, the shape of the cracks and the status of the building.
