浅谈建设项目设计阶段投资控制

摘　　要：建设项目设计阶段投资控制的现状仍然令人堪忧．主要表现为，相关人员对设计阶段的投资控制把握还不够准确，对建设项目设计阶段投资控制的重点还不是很明确。基于此，本文在对当前投资控制现状进行深刻分析的基础上。提出了一些切实可行的建议．并引入包钢新体系工程设计方案优化的实例，进一步论证了建设项目设计阶段投资控制的重要性。The current situation of design phase in investment control of construction project is still worrying, such as, relevant personnel can＇t grasp the investment control in design phase accurately, can＇t make the key-point of the investment control in design phase clear. Based on the current situation, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions which are based on the deep analysis of the current situation of the investment control .Finally this paper demonstrates the importance of the investment control in design phase by introducing design scheme optimization examples of the new system engineering of Baotou iron and steel （group） co. Ltd.
