离子束溅射法在PET基防水透湿织物制造中的应用

摘　　要：利用离子束溅射法制备了防水透湿织物 ,发现溅射后织物的憎水性明显提高且随溅射能量的增大而增大 ,而束流密度对憎水性的影响呈复杂变化 ,织物原有的透湿性几乎没有改变。Waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics are prepared by PTFE sputtering onto PET substrate. The water repellency of treated fabrics is found to grow with energy increasing and to be affected with increasing current beam in a complicated mode. The moisture permeability of sputtered fabrics is almost unchanged compared with the blank ones.
