摘　　要：研制开发了仿马尾衬布 ,研究了有关织造及后整理工艺 ,并对产品进行了定型及树脂整理。通过对整理后产品滑脱性、强力、硬挺度、形变与回复的性能测试 ,对照马尾衬布的性能 ,探讨了仿马尾衬布开发的可行性。Horsehair lining is necessary for superior quality western-style suits. But as natural resources, it is limited and can only be produced by hand. Development of imitation horsehair lining is one of the solutions for these problems.We investigate the involved process of weaving and finishing,and develop the heat setting and resin finishing of the products. As well, we test some performances properties,such as sliding, breaking strength,shape retention, hardness and crispness of the products,which were compared with those of the traditional horsehair lining,and discuss the feasibility of this product.
