社区服务模式下妇女三级心理保健的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区服务模式下妇女三级心理保健的有效性。方法采用1∶1配对法将研究样本分成实验组和对照组,对实验组实施"六位一体"的社区服务模式,并分别进行针对性的发展性干预、征兆性干预和疾病性干预,通过对心理卫生指数、应付方式和生存质量三大类有效性指标(19项具体的子指标)的组内与组间比较决断干预的有效性。结果实验后,发展性干预有16项指标的组间与组内比较中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001);征兆性干预有17项指标的组间与组内比较在0.05或0.01或0.001水平上存在显著差异;疾病性干预的组间与组内比较结果共同对12项指标的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论从整体上说,在"六位一体"的社区服务模式下,对妇女进行三级心理保健是极其有效的。：Objective To discuss the womenthree-level psychological health care effectiveness under the community service mode.Method To divide the samples into experimental group and control group by 1 ： 1 matched pairs procedure and implement ＂Six integration＂ community service mode to the experimental group,and use respectively targeted developmental intervention,Women intervention and disease intervention.Through contrasting the effective standards of three kinds of mental health indicators,coping style,survival quality （there are 19 sub-indicators in detail）to judge the effectiveness of interventions.Resu It After the research,developmental intervention＇s 16 indicators＇ comparison between inter- group and intra-group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001） of differences have statistical significance.Women intervention＇s 17 indicators＇ comparison between inter- group and intra-group at 0.05 or 0.01 or 0.001 significant standard has differences. Disease intervention＇s result of the comparison between inter-group and intra-group has statistics significance on 12 indicators（P〈 0.01 or P〈 0.001） in common.Conc I us i on On the whole,taking the women＇ three-level psychological health care under the ＂Six integration＂ community service mode is extremely effective.
