金龙胶囊联合射频消融技术对治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价金龙胶囊改善肝癌患者经射频消融术后生存质量的临床疗效。方法 76例原发性肝癌患者共分为2组,观察组经射频消融术治疗后另加金龙胶囊,每日3次,每次3粒,术后第3天起服用。对照组除不用金龙胶囊外,其他治疗措施均与治疗组相同。结果观察组有效率为53.84%,对照组有效率为42.86%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论金龙胶囊具有稳定瘤体,抑制肿瘤发展,提高生存质量,改善症状,增强患者免疫力,减轻射频消融术后的肝脏损伤等作用,是射频消融技术有益的补充,值得在临床上推广和使用。@@@@Objective To evaluate the Dragon capsule to improve the clinical efficacy of hepatocellular carcinoma patients after radiofrequency ablation quality of life. Methods 76 patients were divided into 2 groups of patients with primary liver cancer,the observation group after treatment by radiofrequency ablation plus Jinlong capsule daily three times,each time 3,after three days taking.Control group without Jinlong Capsule,other treatment measures are&nbsp;the same as the treatment group.Observation group,the effective rate of 53.84%,the effective rate was 42.86% in the control group,both more significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlong capsule has a stable tumor inhibition of tumor development,improve the quality of life,improve symptoms,enhance the patient's immune system,reduce the role of radiofrequency ablation of liver injury,is radiofrequency ablation intends supplementary worthy of promotion in the clinical and to use.
