摘 要:以Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5和Zr52.5Al10Cu15Ni10Be12.5块体非晶合金为研究对象,结合非晶合金超塑性成形与扩散连接工艺,用超塑性扩散连接方法在Gleeble-3500热模拟机上对其进行连接实验,实现合金在超塑性变形过程中的扩散连接。对Zr基非晶合金扩散连接之后接口的形貌特征进行观察和性能进行测试。结果表明,非晶合金在超塑性连接后能够获得良好的界面,且连接过程中没有发生晶化,连接之后其硬度和弹性模量均没有发生明显的变化。Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 and Zr52.5Al10Cu15Ni10Be12.5 were selected to investigate the superplastic forming/diffusion bonding process in MGs. The superplastic forming/diffusion bonding experiments were conducted on the thermo-simulation machine Gleeble-3500, and the Zr-based MG sheets were successfully bonded. Observing the morphology and performing tests in the bonding junction, it is found that a smooth and strong interface is formed by superplastic bonding, and furthermore, no crystallization takes place during the bonding procedure, and that the hardness and elastic module differences between the bonded materials and the as-cast ones are negligible.
