摘 要:为筛选可产生杀虫活性代谢物的海洋真菌,评价其在农林害虫防治中的潜在应用价值,从21株海洋真菌中复筛得到对烟蚜有较高生物活性的菌株mfz19,用点滴法测定该菌株对烟蚜的触杀作用,并对其发酵液用乙酸乙酯萃取蒸馏和大孔吸附树脂分离纯化后进行GC-MS检测。菌株mfz 19发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物浓度为500μL/mL时对烟蚜毒杀作用显著,24 h校正死亡率为92.91%,LC50为91.40μL/mL。杀虫活性提取物为一种混合物,其中1,3-二烯丙基脲的相对含量达到90.40%。研究表明该菌株具有较高的杀蚜活性和开发潜力。In order to screen out tial application, ondary screening the strain mfzl9 marine fungi with insecticidal activity metabolites and evaluate its poten- with bioactivity against Myzus persicae (Sulzer) was obtained after sec- in 21 marine fungal strains. Its bioactivity against M. persicae was determined using con- tact toxicity test. After extracted and distilled with ethyl acetate and purified by macroporous resin, the fermentation broth was detected by GC-MS. Results showed that strain mfz19 had obvious toxicity against M. persicae when the extract concentration of its broth reached 500 μL/mL. The corrected mortality rate after 24 h was 92.91%, and the LCs0 was 91.40 μL/mL. The extract with insecticidal activity was detec- ted as a certain mixture, and the relative content of 1, 3-diallylurea reached 90.40%. This implied that strain mfzl9 might have high insecticidal activity against M. persicae and perfect development potential.
