摘　　要：以分析市场常用筛分设备特点和预拌砂浆生产线工艺布置新要求，进行对比分析各种布置工艺情况的设备选型，对现存设备的关键技术瓶颈进行深入探讨以期找到相应的解决办法。结果表明，采用多筒多级筛网结构形式能解决预拌砂浆生产线筛分设备兼具技术、成本、维护等方面优势，是一个可行的创新措施。To analyze the features of the commonly used screening equipment in the market and the new requirements of ready-mixed mortar production line process layout, comparative analysis of various equipment selection process layout, Discuss in depth the key technical bottleneck of existing equipment so as to find the right solution. The results show that, Multi-cylinder and multi-level mesh structure can salve the ready-mixed mortar production line screening equipment to both the technical, cost, maintenance and other advantages, is a viable and innovative measure.
