摘　　要：本文通过介绍煤矸石产生的巨大危害，论述用科学技术处理煤矸石的途径，指出其带来的经济影响、社会影响和负面影响，同时从哲学角度指出运用循环经济使工业固体废弃物资源化。This paper introduces the huge harm of coal gangue, discusses the ways of treating coal gangue with science and technology, points out that its economic effect, social effect and negative effect, and from a philosophical point points out that the use of circular economy to reuse of industrial solid waste.
