摘  要:本文结合商混站常见的C30、C50}昆凝土配合比,全方位研究了减水剂对混凝土性能尤其是强度的影响。试验结果表明:分别以C30和C50为代表的低标号与高标号混凝土在减少占胶材总量大约8.50%水泥后,采用HES系列减水剂不仅能保证混凝土的工作性能优良,而且强度完全满足设计以及施工要求。因此采用HES系列减水剂能大幅降低每方混凝土的造价,这一研究成果特别适用于需要严格控制成本的商品混凝土搅拌站。Combined with the common C30 and C50 concrete mixing ratio of commercial concrete mixing station, the influence of synergistic superplasticizer on the performance of concrete, especially the strength, has been researched in this article.The results show that reducing the cement about 8.5% of the total amount of plastic materials of C30 and C50, respectively, as the representative of low grade and high-grade concrete, the concrete not only has excellent workability but also has the strength fully meeting the designing and construction requirements with using HES series superplasticizer.So using HES series superplastieizer can significantly reduce the cost of concrete per square, this research is particularly applicable to the commercial concrete mixing station which requires strict cost-eontroled.
