摘 要:通过对螺旋钻采煤机煤颗粒运动及受力分析,利用CFD软件建立螺旋钻采煤机承压输送数学模型,并研究承压输送机压差、介质流变参数、几何结构参数对输送效率的影响规律。研究结果表明:进出口压差决定煤颗粒的驱动方式,输送效率随进出口压差增加而增加;不同进出口压差下输送效率随螺距与内径这比增加而增加,扭矩随螺距与内径这比增加而减少。Through the analysis of the motion and the stress of coal particles of the coal auger,the mathematical model of the confined transportation of the coal auger was established by using CFD software.The influence law of the pressure difference,medium rheological parameters,and geometrical structure parameters on the conveying efficiency was studied.The results indicate that the differential pressure between entry and exit determines the driving mode of coal particles;the conveying efficiency raises with the increase of the differential pressure between entry and exit;the differential pressure between entry and exit raises with the increase of the ratio between the pitch and the internal classic,and the torque decreases with the increase of the ratio between the pitch and the internal classic.
