摘　　要：目的探索创伤性枢椎滑脱前路手术患者围术期的护理方法。方法对本院20例创伤性枢椎滑脱前路手术患者给予术前、术中、术后积极的预防及护理。结果患者术后骨性融合率达100%,没有出现颈痛、僵硬、麻木、无力、颈椎不稳等症状。结论合理有效的护理是创伤性枢椎滑脱前路手术患者手术成功的一个重要保障。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for patients with traumatic spondylolisthesis of the axis by anterior surgery. Methods The preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative positive prevention and nursing were applied to 20 patients with traumatic spondylolisthesis by anterior surgery admitted into our hospital. Results The bone fusion rate after surgery in all participants amounted to 100%, without neck pain, stiffness, numbness, flaccidity, or cervical instability. Conclusion Reasonable and effective nursing is an important guarantee of successful anterior surgery for patients with traumatic spondylolisthesis of the axis.
