新乡市30例先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)患儿的治疗情况。方法对2009年1月1日～2012年12月31日经新乡市中心医院新生儿疾病筛查中心筛查并确诊,且甲状腺素片系统治疗1年以上的30例CH患儿的治疗情况分析研究。结果新乡市CH发病率为1:2950;初诊时平均年龄(32.0±20.5)d;平均身高和平均体重在中等之上的分别占72.0%和70.0%,平均智能发育指数(MDI)为111.8±10.2;平均运动发育指数(PDI)为120.2±10.8。结论新乡市CH发病率与全国结果相接近,经过及时诊治,全部CH患儿体格和智能发育达到正常水平,医患沟通尤为重要。甲状腺素片治疗效果良好。Objective To analyze the treatment of children with c6ngenital hypothyroidism （CH）. Methods The treat- ment of 30 cases with congenital hypothyroidism in children were analyzed and studied, and who were screened and diagnosed in neonatal screening center of the Central Hospital of Xinxiang and were treated with thyroxine tablets from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2012. Results CH incidence rate of Xinxiang City was 1：2950; the average age firt visit was （32.0＋20.5） days; average height and average weight accounted for 72.0 percent and 70.0 percent respectively above average, average intellectual development index （MDI） was 111.8＋10.2, average psychomotor development index （PDI） was 120.2＋10.8. Conclusion The incidence of CH in Xinxiang city is close to national result, all of CH physical and intellectual development in children reaches the normal level after being diagnosed and treated timely, doctor-pa- tient communication is particularly important. Thyroxine tablets in the treatment effect is good.
