百草枯中毒患者血清心肌酶活力及血清淀粉酶的变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性百草枯中毒（APP）患者血清心肌酶活力及血清淀粉酶（AMY）变化的规律及其临床意义.方法APP患者82例（中毒组）,以住院期间死亡为观察终点,分为存活组和死亡组;两组患者分别于中毒后第1、3、5、7天检测血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平,比较正常对照组与存活组、死亡组间血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平,比较存活组与死亡组间血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平.结果中毒组血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;死亡组血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平明显高于存活组（P〈0.01）.结论 APP患者血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平明显升高,中毒越重,血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平升高越显著,短期预后越差.动态检测血清心肌酶活力及血清AMY水平,可作为评价病情、指导治疗、判断预后的依据.Objective To investigate the effect of acute paraquat poisoning （APP） patients serum enzyme activity and serum amylase （AMY） changes and clinical significance. Methods 82 cases of APP patients （poisoning group）, the in-hospital mortality as the endpoint, divided into survival group and death group;the patients in these two groups after the poisoning, 1、3、5 and 7 days of serum myocardial enzyme activity and serum AMY level, compared to the normal control group and the survival group, the group of death between serum myocardial enzyme activity and serum AMY levels, compared with the survival group and death group of serum myocardial enzyme activities and the level of serum AMY. Results The poisoning group serum enzyme activity and serum AMY levels compared with normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;serum myocardial enzyme activity in death group and the serum level of AMY was significantly higher than that in the survival group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion APP patients serum myocardial enzyme activity and serum AMY level increased significantly, the more severe intoxication, serum myocardial enzyme activities and the level of serum AMY increased more significantly, the short-term prognosis. Dynamic detection of serum myocardial enzyme activity and AMY level in serum, can be used to evaluate the severity, treatment, prognosis basis.
