摘　　要：近年来,由于科技的进步,手术器械不断发展,使妇产科腹腔镜手术的诊断与治疗的适应症越来越多,但是腹腔镜妇科手术存在一些并发症,掌握手术的适应症,降低或避免并发症的产生,使之成为真正的微创手术是每个腹腔镜医师不断追求的目标.In recent years, due to the progress of science and technology, surgical instruments development, make the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery indications of more and more, but laparoscopic gynecological surgery has some complications, master the operation indications, reduce or avoid the complications of the produce, make it become true each laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery is physicians continually pursuit of goals.
