合作动机对产学研战略联盟建设绩效影响的研究

摘　　要：正确、客观地分析产学研战略联盟合作动机及其对联盟建设绩效的影响对科学规划其建设具有重要意义。本文在调查问卷的基础上,以广东省33个产学研战略联盟中的139家成员单位为调查样本,从定量与定性相结合的角度分析产学研战略联盟的合作动机影响联盟绩效的机理,研究结果表明,企业在创新队伍建设、提高研发水平、获取优势资源、构建竞争优势等方面的动机越强,联盟建设的绩效越好。It is very important to analyze the motives of production-education-research strategic alliance and influences on alliance perform- ance correctly and objectively. This paper aims to analyze the mechanism that the motives of production-education-research strategic alliance influencing the alliance performance by the quantitative research method and qualitative research method on the base of surveying 139 member units. The survey objects include one hundred thirty-nine numbers of the thirty-three production-education-research strategic alliances in Guangdong Province. The research results showed that the stronger the alliance motives are in building innovation team, improving the R＆D level, getting the superior resources, and building the competitive advantage, the better the alliance performance will be.
