摘　　要：本文从知识流动的本质出发,借助于相互依赖理论,分析了不同企业关系下的知识流动行为,并据此分析了界面联结模式对企业间知识流动行为的作用机制。在此基础上,建构了以支持不同知识流动行为有效性的界面组织设计模型,并对模型的中心内容界面环境设计做了详细探讨。This paper, on the basis of the nature of knowledge flow and interdependence theory, analyses the knowledge flow behavior under different corporate relations. Then it analyses the function mechnism of interface coupling mode upon the knowledge flow among different companies. It constructs interface organization model to support the effectiveness of different knowledge flow behavior, and dis- cusses the core context of learning environment design in detail.
