黄芪注射液对老年肺结核患者血浆HNP1-3、ET-1、PCT、SP及肝肾损伤的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析黄芪注射液对老年肺结核患者血浆HNP1-3、ET-1、PCT、SP及肝肾损伤的影响。方法:选取2010年6月～2012年12月于本站采用常规治疗干预的28例老年肺结核患者为对照组,并将同期采用常规方法加黄芪注射液进行治疗的28例患者为观察组,然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后的第1个月、第2个月的血浆HNP1-3、ET-1、PCT、SP及肝肾功能指标进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后的第1个月、第2个月的血浆HNP1-3、ET-1、PCT、SP水平均低于对照组,肝肾功能指标也显著地优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:黄芪注射液可显著降低老年肺结核患者的血浆HNP1-3、ET-1、PCT、SP水平,对于肝肾功能的保护作用也较佳。Objective： To study and analyze the influence of astragalus injection on plasma HNP1- 3,ET-1,PCT,SP and to observe the live and kidney damage in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculo- sis. Methods：A total of 28 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis that were treated with routine therapeutic regimen in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2012 were selected as control group, 28 ca- ses treated with routine therapeutic regimen and Huangqi injection during the same period were enrolled as observation group, then the plasma HNP1-3, ET-1, PCT, SP and liver, kidney function indexes of two groups before and 1 and 2 months after the treatment were compared. Results： The plasma HNP1-3,ET-1, PCT and SP of the observation group at 1st and 2nd month after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,liver and kidney function indexes were all significantly better than those of control group （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huangqi injection can significantly decrease the plasma HNP1-3, ET-1 ,PCT, SP in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and it can protect liver and kidney from damages as well.
