山西省中老年妇女广场舞现状调查与研究——以太原市为例

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对山西省中老年妇女参加广场舞活动的中老年妇女进行实地调查,收集真实信息,了解广场舞在山西省中老年妇女这个群体中发展的具体情况与普遍存在的问题,提出合理的意见建议与解决方法。从而改善其活动的环境条件、宣传广场舞文化知识,促进山西省中老年妇女广场舞更好更快的发展,提高中老年妇女的身体健康和心理健康水平,增强社会适应能力,促进和谐社会的发展。With the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and statistics, the paper does the survey of the middle-aged and old women to participate in the square dance activity in Shanxi province, collects true information about their square dance situations, understands the common problems of square dance in middle-aged and old women group of Shanxi province, and then puts forward reasonable suggestions and solutions. The study tries to from activities environmental conditions improvement, square dance cultural knowledge, to promote the middle-aged and old women square dance better and faster development in Shanxi province, to improve the level of middle-aged and old women＇s physical health and mental health, and enhance the social adaptation ability, and promotes the development of a harmonious society.
