摘　　要：大型工程项目结构复杂,必然受到自然环境、社会环境等众多因素的影响。而工程采购贯穿于整个工程项目生命周期,采购的各个环节必然存在各种风险。本文采用TOPISIS评估分析方法对采购风险进行分析,提出了应对不同类型风险的具体措施,为大型工程采购风险提供技术和方法支持。Large project construction is complex,and is inevitably affected by the natural environment,social environment,and many other factors.Procurement of construction is throughout the entire project life cycle,and there must exist a variety of risk.This article adopt TOPISIS assessment analysis method of procurement risk analysis,proposed concrete measures to respond to different types of risk,and provide technical and methodological support for large engineering procurement risk.
