摘  要:井下节流工艺技术能够有效预防天然气生产过程中水合物的形成,在榆林气田低产气井防堵中普遍应用。但受气井产能低影响,实施该工艺的低产气井携液能力较差,生产过程中井筒内易形成积液,影响气井正常生产。受节流器的影响井筒积液判断困难,泡沫排水措施的实施也受到限制,排水效果普遍差于常规气井。本文通过对榆林气田南区实施井下节流工艺技术的天然气井生产情况跟踪分析和现场摸排,在积液判断和排水措施实施方面进行优化。Downhole throttling technology can effectively prevent hydrate formation in the gas production process,so it is widely used in Yulin gas field in low-yielding wells anti-clogging.But impacted by low productivity of gas well,liquid carrying capacity of low-yielding wells used this technology is poor,so it is easy to form effusion which will affect the normal production of gas wells.It is difficult to judge the wellbore fluid with the impact of restrictor,and the implementation of foam drainage measures is restricted,so the drainage effect is generally worse than conventional gas wells.Based on the track analysis and field survey on the production status of gas well with implementation of downhole throttling technology in Southern District of Yulin Gas Field gas well,this paper optimized the effusion judgment and drainage measures.
