摘 要:现代建设项目投资、建设规模大,施工工艺复杂,工程环境不确定因素多,易发生工期延长的现象,而业主往往对此要求严格,如果索赔问题得不到很好的解决,往往双方就会出现僵持状态,不仅更影响工期,也会影响工程质量,因此工期索赔得到工程界广泛重视。设置新的时间参数,考虑工序开工延误、工序时差,建立工序延迟的分析变量,分析每道工序对工程延期的影响及延期原因并建立索赔计算模型,在进行工期索赔时为承包商提供定量化的索赔责任划分依据。As the modern construction project investment and construction scale is large,the construction process is complex,and engineering environment exist many uncertain factors,the planning delay easily takes place.Owners often have strict requirements.If the claim issue can not be solved,the two sides will enter into a state of stalemate;it would influence the project progress and construction quality.Claims of delay get the attention of engineering circles.The paper tries to set new time parameters,consider the activity start delay,float time of activity,establish the analysis of variable activity delay,analyzes the influence of each process on the project delay and the reasons and establish claim calculating model,providing reference about the quantification of the claims responsibility division for the contractor.
