摘　　要：针对目前单位对档案资料的管理重视程度不够,档案资料无专人管理,资料保存过于分散和档案资料分类不科学等问题,本文通过ERP物资管理模块全过程闭环管理,解决了档案查询效率低的问题。At present,unit did not attach great importance to file data management,no attendants is in charge of archival data,and data preservation is too scattered and the classification is not scientific.The paper implements the whole process of closed-loop management of ERP material management,which resolves the problems that the low efficiency of file query.
