天津公安干警高血压的职业因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨天津市公安干警高血压的职业因素。方法:整群抽取天津市公安医院健康体检的公安干警3 189人,进行问卷调查和体格检查,采用Logistic回归分析来探讨该人群与高血压有关的职业因素。结果:本次调查的3 189人中高血压患者为1 376人,患病率为43.1%;通过非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示吸烟史(OR=1.408,95%CI=1.253～1.582)、饮酒史(OR=1.759,95%CI=1.409～2.196)、饮食偏咸(OR=1.258,95%CI=1.034～1.597)、睡眠质量差(OR=1.257,95%CI=1.090～1.449)、工作强度>8h(OR=1.197,95%CI=1.021～1.405)及机关工作(OR=0.815,95%CI=0.687～0.966)与高血压患病有关。结论:天津市公安干警职业因素中,吸烟史、饮酒史、饮食偏咸、睡眠质量差、工作强度>8h及机关工作与高血压相关。Objective：To discuss the occupational elements of hypertension for Tianjin public security police officers. Methods： 3 189 police officers who had physical examination in Tianjin Public Security Hospital are sampled and filled out questionnaires. Logistic regression is used to investigate the occupational elements between the police officers and the hypertension. Results： Out of 3 189 persons in this examination, 1 376 persons have hypertension. The morbidity is 43. 1%. The result of the non-conditional Logistic regression shows that smoking history（OR= 1. 408,95 % CI= 1. 253 -1. 582） ,alcohol consuming history（OR= 1. 759,95% CI=I. 409-2. 196） ,salty diet（OR=1. 258,95% CI=1. 034- 1. 597）, bad sleep quality（OR= 1. 257,95% CI= 1. 090 - 1. 449）, working over 8 hours（OR= 1. 197,95 % CI= 1. 021 -1. 405）,government organ working（OR=0. 815, 95% CI= 0. 687-0. 966） are all related to hypertension. Conclusion ： Among the occupational elements in the people of Tianjin Public Security police officers, smoking history, alcohol consuming history, salty diet, bad sleep quality, working over 8 hours and government organ working are related to hypertension.
