摘 要:目的观察手机适时联络和短信功能对糖尿病患者管理的影响,评估现代通讯手段对糖尿病管理的有效性和便捷性。方法将我院97例2型糖尿病门诊患者,随机分为手机短信随访组(短信组)62例与门诊常规随访组(对照组)35例。两组在入组时均予相关糖尿病常规教育;入组后短信组每周电话或短信随访1次,对照组每月门诊随访1次,持续12周。结果短信组对糖尿病知识的掌握情况和血糖、糖化血红蛋白达标情况与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),但在体重、血压控制方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行手机短信管理,有助于提高糖尿病管理的质量和效率。Objective To observe influence of timely contact by cell phone and short message service (SMS)on diabetes management, and to assess the effectiveness and convenience of modern communication for diabetes management. Methods A total of 97 outpatients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into mobile phone group ( SMS group, n =62) and the conventional fol- low-up group (control group, n = 35). All outpatients received related diabetes education upon admission to the groups; the SMS group was followed up by phone or SMS, while the control group was given a monthly follow-up. The follow-up cycle was 12 weeks. Results There were not significant differences in grasping knowledge of diabetes and attaining the standard of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ), The control of body weight and blood pressure in SMS group was better than that in control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Telephone follow-up on management of type 2 diabetes may improve the quality and efficiency of diabetes management.
