摘　　要：目的观察封闭式负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)清创联合二期植皮术或皮瓣转移术治疗四肢软组织创面的效果。方法将我院2009年1月—2012年6月收治的四肢软组织创面患者32例随机分为VSD治疗组和传统治疗组。VSD治疗组应用VSD清创联合二期植皮术或皮瓣转移术治疗,传统治疗组采用传统方法清创联合二期植皮术或皮瓣转移术治疗,观察比较两组植皮或皮瓣成活率、创面愈合时间以及换药次数。结果 VSD治疗组植皮或皮瓣成活率、创面愈合时间及换药次数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD清创联合二期植皮术或皮瓣转移术治疗四肢软组织创面效果优于传统方法清创联合二期植皮术或皮瓣转移术。Objective To observe the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology combined with skin graft or skin flap transfer in stage Ⅱ in treatment of soft tissue wound of limbs. Methods A total of 32 patients with soft tissue wound of limbs in our hospital during January 2009 and June 2012 were randomly divided into VSD group and tradition group. Patients in VSD group were treated with VSD debridement combined with skin graft or skin flap transfer in stage Ⅱ; while patients in tradition group were treated with traditional debridement combined with skin graft or skin flap transfer in stage Ⅱ. Survival rates of skin graft or skin flap, the average cure time and frequency of change dressings in two groups were observed and compared. Results Survival rate of skin graft or skin flap transfer, the average cure time and frequency of change dressings in VSD group were better than those in traditiongroup, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of VSD combined with skin graft or skin flap transfer in stage Ⅱis superior to traditional treatment in repair of soft tissue wound of limbs.
