摘  要:目的:对全自动干化学法测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)进行应用评价。方法:在VITROS-250型干式生化分析仪上测定血清CRP,并同时在日立7600型全自动生化分析仪上检测。结果:血清CRP的检测限为7.0~110.0 mg/L;高、中、低浓度的批内CV分别为1.79%、1.90%和2.46%,批间CV分别为1.95%、2.53%和3.62%;回收率平均为98.2%;与日立7600型全自动生化分析仪相关系数R2=0.989 5,相关方程为Y∧=0.970 2X+0.431 9;血红蛋白<2.0 g/L,胆红素浓度<356μmol/L,三酰甘油浓度<7.8 mmol/L,对全自动干化学法测定基本无干扰。结论:干化学法测定CRP快速、准确、可靠。Objective:To evaluate the automatic dry chemistry method in detecting serum C reactive protein(CRP). Methods:The serum CRP was detected by the VITROS-250 dry chemistry analyzer and the HITACH-7600 automatic chemistry analyzer simultaneously. Results:The linear range of the dry chemistry method was 7.0 - 110.0 mg/L;the high, mean and low value within and between-run CV were 1.79% , 1.90% ,2.46% and 1.95% ,2.53% ,3.62% respectively. The average recovery rate was 98.2% ;the A correlation coefficient and correlation equation to the HITACH-7600 automatic chemistry analyzer were R2 -- 0. 989 5, Y = 0.970 2X + 0.431 9. There was no significant interference in the assay when hemolysin 〈 2. 0 g/L, hilirubin 〈 356 μmoL/L and triglyeeride 〈 7.8 mmol/L. Conclusions:Automatic dry chemistry is a fast,accurate and stable method for the detection of CRP.
