摘　　要：网络电视所需的新闻来源越来越广泛,通过研究Android平台的结构体系,设计开发了基于Android的视频新闻报料系统。由手机等移动终端拍摄身边的新闻事件,利用客户端软件经过简单编目处理后,将视频与元数据通过3G或WiFi无线网络上传至服务器,服务器端在接收与读取的过程中实现自动截取关键帧和自动导入基于XML格式的元数据,并在后台实现二次详细编目处理,经过管理员审核通过后对外发布。该系统在学校实验网络电视平台上得到了实践应用。Network TV needs more and more news. Through the study of Android structure, a news provide system about mobile video based on Android is designed. After news video is shot by Mobile terminal such as handset,the software on client catalogues the video simply and sends it with metadata to server by the third Generation or Wireless Fidelity. During the receiving of video, server automatically intercepts the key frame,reads the metadata based on XML,catalogues the video in detail, and publishes it after audited by administrator. This system is applied and practiced on platform of experimental network TV.
