中外城市创意人才培养的实践与启示

摘　　要：全球创意产业的勃兴引起对创意人才的极大渴求,当前城市创意产业的发展很大程度上取决于创意人才的培养。本文在对创意人才培养进行回顾总结的基础上,选取伦敦、纽约、东京、北京、上海五大代表性城市,从地域差异的视角进行创意人才培养的分析研究,为增强我国创意人才培养的多样性和针对性提供参考。The great developing of creative industries caused great demanding of creative talents in the world. The creative industry developing in city depends largely on the creative talent training nowdays. On the basis of reviewing creative talents cultivation, five representative city, London, New York, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai were selectied to analysis and research creative talents training from the perspective of regional differences, in order to provide reference in strengthening diversity and targeted in our creative talent fostering.
