摘 要:对3个不同季节栽培的12个苗用大白菜干物质、Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及Ca、P、Fe、Zn等4种矿物质进行了测定,结果表明:苗用大白菜品质不仅受品种自身特性的影响,而且还受季节的影响。在夏季,品种间Vc、可溶性蛋白和Fe含量变异系数较大,分别为111.18%、51.25%和34.48%;在春季,品种间可溶性蛋白、Fe和Zn含量变异系数较大,分别为22.16%、33.19%和21.39%;而在秋季,品种间各品质变异系数都比较小。同时,利用隶属函数法对12个品种在3个季节的品质进行了综合营养品质的初步评价,发现在不同季节,品种的综合营养品质排列顺序不一致。The content of the dry matter, Vc, soluble protein, soluble sugar, as well as Ca, P, Fe, Zn in 12 seedlings Chinese cabbage varieties were tested, which were planted in 3 different seasons, and the results showed that the qualities of the seedlings Chinese cabbage were affected not only by its genetic factor, but also affected by different seasons. The coefficient of variation of the content of Vc, soluble protein and Fe was higher in the summer, which was 111.18%, 51.25% and 34.48%. The coefficient of variation of the content of soluble protein, Fe and Zn was higher in spring, which was 22.16%, 33.19% and 21.39%, respectively. The coefficient of variation of varieties was smaller in autumn. At the same time, primary comprehensive evaluation of nutrient was made in 12 cuhivars by subject function method, the list of quality of seedlings Chinese cabbage was deferent in different seasons.
