摘 要:农业产业资源系统耦合揭示了农业资源子系统和产业子系统的相互影响关系,可以较为全面的反映退耕还林在改善生态环境和促进农业生产方面的作用。利用耦合协调度模型和DEA模型,以安塞县为样本区对农业产业资源系统的耦合协调程度和耦合效率进行了计算和分析。结果表明:退耕还林工程实施后,显著改善了安塞县农业资源环境条件,促进了农业产业的发展,并且提高了二者的耦合协调度;农业产业资源系统的耦合效率处于较高水平,但是仍有部分年份处于结果无效的状态。因此,应在现有条件下继续优化系统的资源和产业结构,提高资源利用效率和转变产业发展方式。The coupling of the agriculture industry resource system revealed the interaction between the agricultural resources subsystem and industrial subsystem, so it could reflect the role of returning farmland in the improvement of the ecological environment and promote agricultural production. In this paper, coupling coordination degree model and the DEA model were used to calculate and analysis the sample area coupled degree of coordination and coupling efficiency of the agricultural industry resources of Ansai county. The results showed that: After the implementation of the grain for green project, the agricultural resources and environmental conditions in Ansai county were significantly improved, the development of the agricultural industry was also promoted, and the coupling coordination degree between them was increased. The coupling efficiency of the agriculture industry resources system was high, but some years still was the result invalid. So we should continue to optimize system resources and industrial structure, and improve the efficiency of resource use and transformation of industrial development under the existing conditions.
