摘　　要：通过分析多工位级进模模架设计需求并结合UG软件装配环境及装配机制,提出了多工位级进模基于层次结构的约束装配模型,并给出了装配模型的计算机描述;利用UG OPEN/UIstyler、UGOPEN/Menuscript、UG OPEN API等工具,结合VisualC++编程软件开发了多工位级进模模架设计模块,实现了UG环境下级进模模架的调用、修改、储存,为级进模结构标准件库功能的实现及工作零件设计模块的开发奠定了基础。Considering the assembly environment and assembly mechanism in UG, a con straint assembly model for multiposition progressive die based on hierarchical structure was proposed by analyzing the design requirement of multiposition progressive die sets and the presentation of the model in computer was also presented. Using the programming software Visual C ＋ and the tools of UG OPEN/UIstyler, UG OPEN/Menuscript and UG OPEN API, a module for designing multiposition progressive die sets was developed and the operations of calling, modifying and storing progressive die sets in the UG environment were implemented.
