摘　　要：根据保护板的结构特点和生产要求,分析了保护板的冲压成形工艺,制定了适合保护板生产要求的冲压工艺方案,叙述了拉深模、冲孔切边模、翻边切槽模3副模具的结构与工作过程。经生产验证,该保护板成形工艺方案是有效而可靠的,对类似零件的生产具有一定的参考作用。The stamping process of a protection plate was analyzed and the processing scheme was designed based on the structure characteristic and production requirement. The structures and working processes of the drawing die, piercing and trimming die, flanging and slotting die for the protection plate were also presented.
