摘　　要：介绍了纵梁结构与成形工艺,设计了纵梁分段组合成形模,结合CAE技术对纵梁成形回弹进行分析,优化成形工艺,预测制件工艺制造缺陷,确保产品质量,达到降低模具制造成本,实现大型模具小型化制造,提高生产效率的目的。The structure and forming process of a longitudinal beam were presented and a segmented combination forming die for the component was designed. The springback after shaping the beam was analyzed and the forming process was optimized based on CAE tech nology. The product and process defects can be forecasted. The application of the technolo gy can realize the miniaturized manufacture of largescale dies.
